Once we confirm your requested dates, we’ll send you a personalized booking summary, rental agreement and secure payment link showing the complete price before you pay.
YOUR BOOKING TOTAL
Every personalized quote will clearly itemize:
- Accommodation
- Cleaning fee — $200 per reservation
- Accidental Damage Protection — $49 per reservation
- Sarasota rental taxes — 13% applied to taxable accommodation and fees
- Complete booking total
ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION
Accidents sometimes happen, even to the most thoughtful guests. Every reservation includes protection for qualifying accidental damage up to the plan limit, allowing you to relax without providing a large refundable security deposit.
Coverage is subject to the protection plan’s terms and exclusions, which will be included with your rental agreement. Guests remain responsible for intentional damage and costs outside the coverage terms.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A 25% reservation payment is due when your booking is confirmed. The remaining 75% is due 60 days before check-in. Reservations made within 60 days of arrival require payment in full.
Your reservation is confirmed once the rental agreement is signed and the required payment has cleared.
CHOOSE HOW TO PAY
Credit card — Pay securely through the secure Stripe payment link included with your booking confirmation. The credit-card total will be shown clearly before payment.
Check — Guests who pay by check receive a 3% check-payment discount. Mailing instructions and the exact discounted total will be provided privately with the booking documents. Please allow enough time for the check to arrive and clear by the applicable payment deadline.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 90 days or more before check-in — Refund of payments made, less a $250 cancellation fee and any nonrefundable payment-processing costs.
- 60–89 days before check-in — The 25% reservation payment is nonrefundable; any additional amount paid is refunded.
- Fewer than 60 days before check-in — All payments are nonrefundable.
- No refunds for late arrival or early departure.
- If cancelled dates are successfully rebooked, we may refund the amount recovered, less the $250 cancellation fee, nonrefundable processing costs and any difference in the replacement booking value.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
